Referrals & Scheduling
Physician orders are required for all procedures except a screening mammogram.
In order to schedule a procedure at either of the two locations, please call the central scheduling line at 770-751-2720. Please make sure you inform the scheduler of your doctor’s name, procedure or test being done and the location you to which you will be going.

Insurance
Staff at the location you choose will work with your insurance provider to pre-certify your test or procedure. Many insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of a test or procedure. Coverage is determined by your individual policy. Medicare and many managed care plans have benefits that cover the costs for patients. Because insurance plans and benefits can vary, we recommend that you discuss the costs with your company health benefits coordinator or a staff member at your chosen location.
