Debbie comes to North Fulton Regional Hospital following a rich career in the healthcare system. In 1995 she joined Kenner Regional Medical Center in Kenner, Louisiana, as its chief operating officer. She was then promoted to chief executive officer at Kenner. Most recently, Debbie has been serving as the chief executive officer at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center in Fountain Valley, California. While at Fountain Valley, Debbie was instrumental in establishing a neurosurgical program at the hospital. Debbie’s leadership also lead to numerous national recognitions for the hospital including Top 5 Percent for Clinical Excellence from HealthGrades, multiple recognitions for cardiovascular care by the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines and designation as a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center.
Debbie has a proven track record of implementing quality patient service programs and progressive business strategies. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University in New Orleans.

North Fulton Regional Hospital (NFRH), part of Tenet Georgia, is a 202-bed, acute-care hospital located on Highway 9, Alpharetta Highway, in Roswell. Opened in 1983, NFRH serves North Fulton and surrounding counties through its team of over 1000 employees, 400 staff physicians and 200 volunteers.
