The Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) Partnership for Health and Accountability (PHA) recognized North Fulton Regional Hospital for achieving the “Right Care Every Time” Honor Roll. The Roswell facility is honored for achieving Chairman’s Honor Roll status at 98-100 percent.
PHA Recognizes Georgia hospitals through its Top Ten Program, applauding those that achieve at least 91 percent for the “Right Care Every Time” Honor Roll. North Fulton Regional Hospital is one of four hospitals in the state to earn this designation. GHA recognizes other hospitals for reaching 93-97 percent (Presidential Honor Roll) and 91-92 percent (Honor Roll).
The Partnership for Health and Accountability is the statewide patient safety program for hospitals in Georgia. Its goals include:
- Promoting safety and quality throughout all aspects of the hospital
- Providing a mechanism for peer-review accountability without blame
- Disseminating best practices
- Educating and support hospitals for Core Measure improvements
- Sharing information with the public through the quarterly Hospital Relative Quality Index that generates a composite measure of hospital quality and patient safety
North Fulton Regional Hospital (NFRH), part of Tenet Georgia, is a 202-bed, acute-care hospital located on Highway 9, Alpharetta Highway, in Roswell. Opened in 1983, NFRH serves North Fulton and surrounding counties through its team of over 1000 employees, 400 staff physicians and 200 volunteers.
