The Georgia Association of Medical Staff Services recently announced that Pam Cochran of North Fulton Regional Hospital will serve as the association’s Secretary for the 2008 term. As an elected officer, Cochran was initially installed at the association’s 4th Quarter meeting at North Fulton Regional Hospital.
A 32-year veteran of the healthcare industry and a member of the North Fulton Regional Hospital team for 19 years, Cochran enjoys serving both the hospital and its physicians as the Director of Medical Staff Services. Now as Secretary, Cochran will sit on the Executive Board of GAMSS as well as the Board of Directors managing minutes for all meetings, answering any correspondence and coordinating scholarships and membership awards.
The Georgia Association of Medical Staff Services (GAMSS) is an affiliate of the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
